Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of developers Responsibility of the entire development life cycle of complex client-server applications incorporating multiple technologies and programming languages including C#, Windows WF, C++/CLI and more Provide team leadership and coaching Effectively manage cases (SRs) escalated to R&D Proactive approach to problem solving when working in the team and outside

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering

Requirements: At least 3 years development experience – a must At least 2 years team leader experience – a must Experience in design and development complex applications in .Net environment – a must Very good knowledge of OOD/OOP – a must Experience with SQL – a must Good knowledge in development and QA processes – a must Good managerial skills and experience in multi-tasking environment Very good communication and problem solving skills Very good English Good interpersonal skills High self-learning skills Ability to work under stress
