Primary responsibilities:

• Take part in web applications design and UI elaboration
• Design, code, debug, document, and maintain web applications pieces
• Participate in project of user interactions
• Participate in testing and test automation

Personal requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is a minimal requirement; other fields of study are acceptable when combined with strong background or work experience

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Ability to express thoughts clearly both verbal and on a paper

• Experience with diagramming and graphics editing software would be a plus

• Curiosity of the last trends of the web

• Strong written and conversation English is a must

Technical requirements:

• Experience with user interface development, a good common sense of designing websites and applications with a nice user experience and usability

• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript (e.g. JQuery, Knockout.js, etc.)

• Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3

• Knowledge of W3C web standards

• Knowledge of SEO optimization

• Ability to manage cross-browser compatibility

• Knowledge of web development frameworks (Prototype, Script.aculo.us, jQuery, CSS frameworks)

• Ability to build websites based on a template system (e.g. Rails, Django, etc.)

• Experience with bug-trackers (Jira, Trac, BugZilla)

• Ability to use Adobe Photoshop in a webdesign way, and the other softwares from the Adobe suite

• Experience with test automatization would be a strong plus
