Aricent Ukraine announces hiring campaign for NICE Systems department 5000 UAH as joining bonus for all new-hired software engineers before Feb 15 We are looking for the J2EE Engineer.

Description of Function and Responsibilities: Enhance and maintain Business Transformations, a core component of the Performance Manager application. Business Transformations builds the backbone of our Performance Management application and is implemented within a J2EE framework utilizing Spring and Hibernate. Based on configuration it calculates statistics across data from different data sources to measure performance of call center employees. The hired employee will be responsible for maintenance and extension of core components. Experience Required: • 5 - 7 years of server-side development experience using J2EE on Windows, Linux/Unix • Experience in design and implementing scalable server-side web-based applications capable of handling hundreds of users per day • Proven track record of troubleshooting issues in complex IT systems on live production environments without impacting users • In-depth understanding of standard internet infrastructure, protocols and technologies • Requires strong technical proficiency in J2EE (JBoss/Tomcat bundle) especially the back-end (EJB container, transactions, DB connectivity, messaging) • Requires in-depth understanding and working knowledge of JMS and MDBs • Requires in-depth understanding and working knowledge of transactions and connection pooling within a J2EE application server in combination with Spring and Hibernate frameworks • Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience with Hibernate and Spring • Requires strong technical proficiency in databases (Oracle) and SQL • Experience with BPEL workflows is a plus • Experience with front-end technologies is a plus (DHTML, HTML, JavaScript, Spring MVC, Struts)

Qualifications/Education: • BSc in Computer Science or equiv. experience in the field • Good written and spoken English skills
